When it comes to gifts for beauty lovers, you can’t go wrong with beauty gadgets, hair tools and skin care devices. They’re the gifts that keep on giving, and can help elevate a beauty routine for years– decades even.
Below I’ve curated some of my personal favorite beauty gadgets that I use in my daily life, as well as a few I’ve had my eye on. They’re totally worth the splurge, but I included devices for all budgets.

1. FOREO Bear Microcurrent Device ($329)
If you’re shopping for someone who is really into skin care, this is an ultimate gift! The microcurrent technology helps stimulate the facial muscles to tone, lift and tighten, and reduce the appearance of fine lines. It’s been a great tool to use in my late 20s and early 30s to keep my skin looking fresh.
2. Simplehuman 8″ Light Sensor Makeup Mirror ($199)
This is hands down the best makeup mirror I’ve owned. Once my first one stopped charging after ~10 years of daily use, I bought the newer version. The light is bright, adjustable in temperature and strength, and the magnification really captures every detail.
3. Solawave Bye Acne Blue + Red Light Treatment ($69)
A little tool that can give big results! The Bye Acne device utilizes FDA-cleared blue and red light therapy to spot treat mild-to-moderate acne in a quick 3-minute session.
4. Solawave 4-in-1 Radiant Renewal Skincare Wand ($169)
This is a great entry-level skin care device, since it is multipurpose and very easy to use. It uses red light therapy, galvanic current, massaging vibrations and therapeutic warmth to help smooth fine lines, fade blemishes, de-puff, and create a lifted and toned appearance.
5. FOREO Luna 3 Facial Cleansing Brush ($219)
The Luna has been part of my skin care routine for a decade now. It’s the most effective cleansing tool I’ve used (you’ll never just use your hands again!). The silicone touchpoints are bacteria resistant and remove up to 99% of dirt, oil and makeup residue.
6. Shark FlexStyle Air Styling & Drying System ($299)
On my wishlist– this blow dryer and styler that gives you salon results at home. Some may say it’s a “dupe” of another popular tool double the price, but I think this one can stand alone with its elevated features and diverse styling attachments for all hair types.
7. Tymo Ring Hair Straightening Brush ($49)
If your beauty lover prefers a sleek, straight look, this is the tool for them! This hair straightening brush gives you a silky smooth finish in just one pass of the hair thanks to it’s comb design.
8. PMD Personal Microderm Classic ($159)
Probably my most used skin care device currently, the PMD Personal Microderm mimics a microdermabrasion facial at home! It uses suction and spinning crystal discs to exfoliate away dead skin cells, boost collagen and elastin, and enhance the absorption of your current skin care products. Great for targeting fine lines, blemishes, dark spots and uneven skin tone.
9. Pure Daily Care NanoSteamer ($49)
Steaming your face helps soften debris in pores for easy extraction, improves blood circulation, and boosts hydration and glow. I recently replaced my old steamer with this one, which uses nano ionic steam that is more effective in penetrating the skin. It also doubles as a humidifier and towel warmer.
10. HEBECA Heated Eyelash Curler ($19)
Heated eyelash curlers can help super straight lashes hold a curl better, and are a much safer route than the old blowdryer method 😉
